1. Accepting these terms

By using this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

2. The bid request service

The intake lets a business ask Red Deer Data to review a high-level description of its data and consider seeking a licensing bid. Submitting an intake is free, but it does not guarantee a bid, buyer, price, payout, timing, or completed transaction. Any examples on the site are illustrative and are not promises about your result.

3. Your information and authority

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to update us if it materially changes. You must have authority to describe the business and its systems. Do not enter passwords, credentials, payment card information, raw customer records, regulated data, confidential source files, or other sensitive content in the intake. The form is for inventory descriptions and estimates only.

4. No license through the intake

Completing the intake does not sell, transfer, or license any data. It does not bind you, Red Deer Data, or another party to a transaction. If a transaction moves forward, a separate written agreement will define the parties, price, scope, permitted use, de-identification, delivery, security, and payment terms. That signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

5. Text message terms

The Red Deer Data transactional SMS program covers your bid request, intake, and customer care. If you check the optional, unchecked text message box beside the phone number field, you agree to receive automated transactional SMS messages at the number you provide. Messages include bid request confirmations, follow-up questions, meeting reminders, and status updates. This program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent is not a condition of requesting a bid. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help, or contact info@reddeerdata.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information and SMS consent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You are responsible for providing a number you control and for telling us if that number changes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, misrepresent your identity or authority, submit another company's confidential information without permission, interfere with security controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, send malware, scrape the site at scale, or use bots to create false or excessive submissions.

7. Website content

The site, its design, text, graphics, software, and Red Deer Data branding are owned by Red Deer Data or used with permission. You may use the site only for your internal business evaluation and may not copy or exploit it except as allowed by law.

8. Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability, content, privacy, and security practices are governed by their own terms. Red Deer Data is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or services.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

The website and bid request service are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Red Deer Data disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Red Deer Data is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and contact
